You will love these flags. They create 2 optical illusions. When you spin them slow they look like a 3-Dimensional Fan. When you speed them up, the black bars completely disappear! Truly fascinating to watch as they speed up and slow down. You can opt for more spikes or less spikes. Fewer, but larger spikes means you have to spin faster before the spikes disappear.
